28. Adidas miCoach

This last week Adidas released a new athletic tracking tool called the miCoach. Through monitoring technology the system is able to track athletes performance, sending live feedback to their coaches. The data can then be saved and later analyzed to maximize players training and performance.
Not yet available to the public, Adidas will be trialling the system at the 2012 AT&T Major League Soccer All-Star game in Philadelphia on July 25th
Has to make you question the future of sports and athletics. In a way it seems to me that it is treating players like objects, breaking down their every moves into an analyzed science.
But its also innovative and extremely cool. This could change not only the way athletes train, but also the activities of regular people like us
